In my May trip out to Arizona I wanted to hit up the Lordsburg stuff since it had some different style signals on it east of Tuscon. The Lordsburg Sub is part of the Sunset Route that runs from Tuscon to El Paso. From Google maps looks like the railroad is pretty cool and has easy access. Well that was not close to the case! This part of the railroad is hard to do with not alot of rewards for what we seen one afternoon. Plus the trains didn't run! The 2nd train of the afternoon was the Sunset Limited. Seen here about to make the station stop at Benson.
