Remarks & Notes

Filling in for a Cab Car: Diesel engines are not typically oriented so as to face inward towards the terminal building at Hoboken. However, this shot depicts an exception to that rule. With NJ Transit experiencing an apparent cab car shortage, this particular consist had a PL42AC at one end and this GP40PH-2B at the other.
