For the first time since nearly 50 years, steaming on the open line unescorted, 2-10-0 four cylinder compound steamlocomotive C 5/6 # 2969 "Elephant" of Eurovapor Sulgen, on the Thur valley mainline between Oberaach and Erlen. The locomotive was making brake test runs between Sulgen and Romanshorn this day.
