Remarks & Notes
A pair of Union Pacific SD40-2’s brings a baretable train into the “sag” at Palmer Lake, Colorado. The most interesting part of this train is the presence of six Rio Grande cabooses on the rear of the train, barely visible in the left distance.

The EMD SD (special duty) series are a strong and reliable kind of locomotive which still serve America's rails today. They have proved themselves reliable by clocking in several million miles of freight service.
