Amtrak EMD F40PH No. 306 pulls a 4-car passenger train equipped with Amfleet cars out of Chicago Union Station past Harrison Street Tower in May 1982. This view is from now-removed Polk Street overpass, with Harrison Street Tower in the background, which is no longer used today and is totally encased in a new Post Office building.
