Remarks & Notes
One of the trains to look out for on this line is the bi-daily Bloomington to East St. Louis manifest because it is the only train on the line that does not require a cab signal leader. This train runs in gorgeous light every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday afternoon. It usually departs Bloomington around 3 p.m. and more time than not sports foreign power. This is exactly the case on April 2nd, 2016 as it ran with two standard cab CSX locomotives for power.

The EMD SD (special duty) series are a strong and reliable kind of locomotive which still serve America's rails today. They have proved themselves reliable by clocking in several million miles of freight service.
