Bound for the Birchwood plant about 10 miles down the line, loaded coal train T161 is making the turn off the RF&P mainline and onto the Sealston Branch. The RF&P is a cab signaled line, and for a non-cab signaled unit to be leading this train, even just during the run-around move, is pretty unusual.
