Yard 2 in Cincinnati can be touch and go for over under sometimes you may get lucky and have Indiana & Ohio park a train there and Norfolk Southern provide one either leaving or coming into Cincinnati, as like in this shot IORY 5011 & Ohio Central 4030 sits crew-less in Yard 2 as NS Hot Shot train # 216 arrives with a SD70 and Dash 8-40CW.
