From time to time, foreign units made it to the coal fields in the Appalachia area. A combination of locomotives in UP and SP paint schemes leaves Appalachia with another coal train. The train was loaded by a former St. Charles crew at the Paragon loadout on the ex-L&N's Appalachia-Norton CV main.
