Conrail train OIEN (Oak Island – Enola) waits to proceed across the Schuylkill River at East Falls in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Two nearly-new C40-8’s will soon lead the train off of the West Trenton line onto the former Reading main line on the west side of the river.
