#3027, one of Union Pacific’s brand new SD70Ace-T4’s, is the lead engine on a matched set of 3 T-4’s leading the MNYRO-14 today. The train is seen here near the east switch of Grassy siding, west of Green River, Utah. Those are the formidable Book Cliffs behind the MNYRO and this train has been following them for over 100 miles and still has another 40 miles or so to go before reaching Helper.
