Remarks & Notes

Empire Service trains under Penn Central were rather modest affairs. Albany-New York train 80 consisted of an E8 and just two cars as it emerged from the short single track tunnel at Garrison, NY, on its way to Grand Central Terminal. Amtrak was less than a year away.
