Summer-long construction on the Routes 10 & 15 causing service to be run by buses instead of streetcars combine with a Sunday schedule to gives us a nearly full depot at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) Elmwood Carhouse. To get the full impact, it is best appreciated from above on June 19, 2016.
