| Following its takeover of the New Haven, Penn Central assigned RSD-15 (DL600B) 6811 to heavy switching duties at Northup Avenue Yard in Providence, and the big six-motor Alco remained in town for more than a year to the delight of local fans. Still proudly wearing its PRR keystone, the 6811 paused outside the Northup Avenue yard office on a spring morning. |
