Morristown & Erie C424 19, retired during November 2016, has been purchased by the Tri-State Railway Historical Society. The otherwise operating locomotive is in need of a new wheel set. The new wheel set will be installed, in preparation of a special charter passenger train on June 4, with 19 and sister locomotive 18 together operating for one last time.
