Amtrak’s Southwest Chief arrives in Fullerton, California, right on schedule. A pair of P42DC locomotives, 148 and 171, are powering this Chicago-bound 9-car train #4 on this May 5, 2017, evening. Due to construction at the station (new elevator towers are being built), the train will make two stops: One to board sleeping car passengers, and another to board coach passengers.
