| Slug 2204, GP40-2 mate 6450 and GP38-2 2523 shove on the rear of an eastbound coal train on the bridge over Powell River allowing CSX to access NS trackage rights between Big Stone Gap, Virginia and Frisco, Tennessee. The quarry in the background was opened in 1900 by the Big Stone Gap Iron Company but had been idle for several years by the 1990s. |
