| The evening rush hour is over, so a single RDC is adequate for the off-peak passengers on Penn Central's ex-New Haven Needham branch. The operator at Needham Junction has cleared the order board for this inbound Needham Heights-Boston run, and the Budd will now be off on its way to the city. |
