**Taken with Permission From NS & The Land Owner** Friday evening on Good Friday, NS empty coal 593 with the 4001 leading, hit a kink in the rail from the heat and derailed, both units landed on their right side and 25 coal cars derailed, traffic was shut down all rest of friday night and crews worked hard cleaning up the mess and getting one main line back before 6am Saturday Morning, The train crew was ok and only suffered bumps and a broken nose, Happy they made it out ok. NS 4001 now sits up right in the dirt waiting for crews to decide whats gonna happen to the unit.
