| I have a slide of the 206 stored at Nahant in early 2003. The IC&E must brought it back out to help with summer traffic? Here a Mason City to Marquette grain sweeper is stopped at Rudd to pickup 25 loads. A cool old truck kind of spells how the leader on this train and this truck were back in 2003. The 1st year anniversary of the IC&E was coming up soon after this photo, July 31st. The 206, 208, and 209 would end up getting rebuilt in 2007 and renumbered ICE 6100-6102. |
