CNW 4194 has finished switching the downtown Milwaukee area and is heading back to Mitchell Yard in November of 1995. They have just finished crossing the KK River Bridge and it is being returned to the open position remotely from the rivers edge. Once the Route of the 400, this bridge would open many times a day. Today, the UP still works a few industries north of the bridge.
