For the first time in well over two decades, the "Mighty J" leads an excursion for Charlotte, NC, this time headed back north for Spencer having just turned the train at the intermodal yard at Charlotte Douglas Int'l Airport. The old Southern bridge that serves as the southbound signal for AT&O Junction serves as a beautiful prop, and likely isn't too long for this world.
