Remarks & Notes
Amtrak's North Coast Hiawatha crosses the landmark GN Stone Arch bridge as the westbound train approaches the Minneapolis station. By the time it continues west, the sun will be setting and it will spend the night crossing Minnesota and North Dakota en route to Seattle. Only one car, a Milwaukee Road coach, has not been repainted in Amtrak colors.
