As I recall, we were coming home from the Blues, heard this guy hit the detector between Blalock and Arlington, realized it must be an EB (we weren't following any WB) and pulled off to wait. Power's Just some grubby SD70s -- 4945 hung around the PNW for quite a while -- but the ex-SP woodchip hoppers aren't common in the Gorge.
