Rotaries Return to Donner Pass! After a record year for precipitation in Northern California, the rotaries have returned to Donner Pass. SPMW 207, a rebuilt rotary snow fighter, holds the siding at Emigrant Gap as an eastbound manifest races by on the #2 track.
