Coal trains ran with a frequency seeming at times like commuter trains as they queued up one behind another for addition of helpers and then they were off into the grade of Crawford hill. On a gorgeous late summer afternoon BNSF 9822 is grinding up the incline. There is another MAC and four SD40-2 helpers on the rear of this train.
