As the last rays of sunlight dip below the horizon, a heavy Port of Long Beach stack train slowly grinds up the grade at Anatares, some 15 miles east of Kingman, Ariz. With 10,000' feet of train in tow, four units up front and two in the rear move this massive load of goods from Asian ports to the midwest.
