| Southern Railway 4501 has departed Dearborn Station and is about to pound the diamonds at 21st Street Interlocking as it heads south along the C&WI toward Indiana with The Independence Limited. At one time this junction had 26 diamonds and featured over 100 trains a day as the IC, Santa Fe, GM&O, and C&WI crossed the Pennsy mains.
