As Amtrak, Norfolk Southern, Dunkin Donuts, and the USMC Reserve get ready to kick off 2016 Capital Region Toys for Tots, Norfolk Southern SD40-2 3476 leads with festive wreath on its nose on 12/2/2016 in the in the yard in Binghamton, New York, followed by Amtrak P42 #42 (Veterans) and P40 #822 (Phase III). This train will travel across New York in the next two days distributing clothes and toys to a variety of communities.
