Remarks & Notes

M&E has returned ALCo power to service! Both of the railroads ALCo locomotives, model C424 units, had been out of service for the past several weeks. The railroad had returned C424 18 to operation, while 19 remains idle. C424 18 is shown with MP15 2408, the Maine Eastern caboose and eight loaded tank cars. The train is approaching the Jefferson Road crossing.
