Jersey bound, a Conrail TV train traverses the junction from the East Penn line to the former Lehigh Valley main line at East Penn Junction. In the background are the former Reading bridge over the LV main and the 326-foot-tall tank built in 1928 to store manufactured gas. The light green structure, unused for decades, was finally brought down in 2003.
