Surfliner No.1761 travels along cobblestone Beach with the Vets Cabbage car in the middle of the train. Private cars Silver Splendor, Acoma, Pacific Trail and Overland Trail, with Amtrak 167 pushing, bring up the rear. Campers have a front row seat of the action.
