Just south of Mount Holly, Vermont, the old Rutland Railroad line to Bellows Falls crests the summit. On September 12, 2016, Vermont Rail System train VRS GMRC 263-12, passing LPG tank cars stored on numerous sidings for Pan Am Railway (for use once winter arrives), will begin using the three engines' dynamic brakes once the train gets next to the photographer, where the line begins a substantial downgrade.
