Doubleheaded GG-1s 4913-4912 have just brought the Broadway Limited in from New York. The crew is preparing to uncouple the locomotives for their trip to the motor track and couple up the diesels for the rest of the run to Chicago. The fuel truck is in position to top off the head-end power car before it's removed by a Conrail switcher. The 4913 (PRR/GE 1/42) still survives, preserved at Altoona.
