Remarks & Notes
Valentine's Day 1976, and the Penn Central Era is drawing to a close, as two GG-1s head west on the A&S Branch. The 4870 was built by PRR/Westinghouse in December 1938, and its sister No. 4838 was built by Baldwin/PRR/Westinghouse in July, 1935.
