Siemens "Eurosprinter" ES 64 F4 # 108 (189 108) of MRCE, rented by SBB Cargo International, pulling train 40222 from Mortara/Italy via Simplon-Lötschberg to Rotterdam Waalhavn, running through Basel Badischer Bahnhof. The locomotive has the inscription "Alpäzähmer.", which means "tamer of the Alps" in swiss dialect, and "Die Alpen sind bezwungen:Gotthard- Basistunnel 2016" (The Alps are overcome: Gotthard Base Tunnel 2016)
