Working along the crashing shores of Emma Wood State Beach, the WOXOXB-18, made up by an SD70M, SD60M and two rock cars, pause between runs to take on more unearthed, soft dirt that will be taken and dumped near Seacliff. The moving of such mass quantities of dirt will allow large boulders to be moved into their place, firming up the beach-head the right-of-way travels over.
