| In the only decent light of the day,a pair of Class 14 locos run around their train at Parkend,the terminus of the Dean Forest Railway.This was day one of a three day Diesel Gala organised by the railway,but the only day that I could attend unfortunatley.It suddenly struck me whilst here that it was 45 years since I had last driven a train over the route,before it had been closed by British Rail. |
