The empty Burlington Electric wood chip train - symbol NECR 500 - is seen returning to Swanton, Vermont from Burlington for another train load of chips for the Joseph C. McNeil Generating Station. The train is led by NECR GP40CU 3809 and BPRR GP40 3000 and seen crossing the Lamoille River at Georgia, VT, as the windmills turn atop the hill for the Georgia Mountain Community Wind project.
