| A westbound Union Pacific manifest curls into Rocky. The area at the base of the Moffat is changing forever. New 500000+ dollars homes are filling the once gorgeous rolling prairie. Familiar landmarks remain like Stanley Lake, Rocky Spur and the Hydraulic Coal Hoist. |
