"Route of the 400"...Well is was at one time. CNW 4131 is switching a warehouse on Erie Street in Milwaukee's Third Ward in April of 1983. The Milwaukee Depot was a 1/2 mile north of here, but the line has been cut back to this point. Almost all traces of the RR are gone now as the warehouses are condos or parking lots.
