The billboard seems to speak to this pair of Amtrak GE P32AC-DM locomotives on the point of train 69 'The Adirondack', making its way up Manhattan's West Side alongside the Henry Hudson Parkway on a very pleasant summer morning. The train left Penn Station 79 minutes late and I guess that some sort of mechanical issue with #716 may have caused the delay, until #705 could come to the rescue....that is, unless this is a regular repositioning move?
