A West Bound Loaded BNSF coal train is led by Three big GE ES44Ac units, with three MRL Helpers plus the rear DPU shoving hard on the rear... The trains speed is down to a slow 12 MPH with this heavy train full of coal from the Powder River basin, as it climbs the 1.8 Percent grade of Bozeman Pass Just West of Livingston Montana... MRL now operates this line, which was originaly built by the Northern Pacific |
