Remarks & Notes
Ready to Meet the Public

Metrolink's first (and, so far, only) F125 will be on display at Los Angeles Union Station on Monday, July 18, 2016. The engine arrived a day early to get set up. Metrolink 905 is an EMD F125 - the date on the builder's sticker is 5/1/2016, and the builder's number is 20126849-003. Rumor has it that these engines do not have blended dynamic braking and, if the prime mover has a problem and shuts down, the Head End Power also quits working. That could make for some very uncomfortable passengers if the engine quits!
