In all the times I've tried to chase the Second Watson after shooting it at Watson Yard, I would say I only catch up to it again maybe 10% of the time. Today was one of those times, as it is seen here going by the homeless encampment under the 110 Freeway. I was literally at this spot for about 10 seconds. Got out of the car, shot the picture, left. Good timing.
