Remarks & Notes

Due to the CBTC (Communications-Based Train Control) project currently underway on the No.7 Flushing line, the R62A's are fast disappearing as they are moved to the No.6 Lexington Avenue line. On a crisp and sunny February morning, a train of R62A cars is seen heading down the hill from 40th Street to 33rd Street on its journey into Manhattan. The Empire State building is visible on the extreme left.
