One of the regrettable aspects of running a preserved railway is the constant threat of ever-encroaching modernity. Seen here, an adjacent plot of land shows signs that the footings are already dug for yet another (probably unsympathetic) development. Meanwhile the L&NWR 'Coal Tank' of 1888 vintage passes by unconcernedly with a 'local' Vintage Train special from Keighley to Ingrow.
