| In 1997 Switzerland celebrated "150 years of Railways in Switzerland". Many festivities took place all over the country and all the historic locomotives could be seen everywhere - long before SBB Historic actually existed. That includes the steam engines as well. Six of them were collected allmost all over the country to make an impressive train to Lausanne, where they eventually would be presented on a huge parade.
A 3/5 705 and B 3/4 1367 started in Zürich and arrived in Oensingen, where they collect Ed 2x2/2 196. |
