Norfolk Southern's debut run of the Operation Awareness & Response (OAR) eductional train moved from Altoona, PA to Enola, PA on Saturday, April 23, 2016. The NS 974C123 rolls under a Pennsylvania Railroad position light signal bridge at Port (Newport, PA) on Saturday afternoon. Two more 89-foot flat cars and perhaps a lil red caboose will be joining the train at a future date following painting.
