After a long run of imported trash from New Jersey, Tuesday will mark the last train to enter the waste transfer station at Big Run Landfill in Coalton, KY after numerous battles with nearby citizens due to the landfill's odor. Aside from the occasional local to service Kentucky Electric Steel, this will cease train service on the last remaining piece of Collis P. Huntington's former "Gateway to the West", the Lexington Subdivision.
